Our picnics suit all events from engagements, anniversaries, baby showers, bridal showers, formal dining, kids birthday parties, corporate events and even those casual picnic in the park (or at home). Suiting all occasions, budgets and locations we always pride ourselves in making your dream event into a lifelong memory,
All of our packages include set up, styling, pack down, wash up and delivery within our serviced areas.
Now offering not only our most beloved picnic service with our low lying tables and cushions but also high tables and chairs.
We also have extras that can be hired as Add-ons like our Marquees, Arch and Mesh Ring, Arbor (with or without décor), Kids toys (including a safe play ball pit), Balloon Boxes andComfort Chair (with child sized one to match).

If you have been looking for an event that is extra special and has that next level feel or just the unique style you are after than our themed pop up picnics or table/ chair packages are for you. These picnics aren't just about the rug and the pillows or those paper plates but essentially the extras that we can bring along with those.
Whether you are after a Beachy theme, tropical, Music, 70s style, Hollywood/movie or just a good standard country or barnyard feel we will bring the set up to you.
Our attention to detail is what it's all about.
POp-Up Picnics
Our standard Luxury Pop up picnics are what we are all about. Bringing the old with the new and bringing the extra to the simple. There is no such thing as a simple picnic in our books but this is about as close as we get.
Like with all our packages we offer that little bit extra but still keeping it simple and magical.
All our standard picnics include:
- Our custom low lying tables
- Cushions *1 per guest
- Rugs
- Tableware and cutlery *1 per guest
- Drink Canister (with ice and 1 drink included)
- Side Table
- Picnic Games
- Ice Bucket *optional
- & décor to tie it all together.
Special Occasion Picnics
Whether its christmas, Halloween, Easter, New Years Eve, Valentines or Christmas in July all our special yearly occasions deserve that special flare and to be celebrated in style.
We offer work Christmas Parties, Small New Years lunch celebrations, Halloween and Easter Family parties and even those special moments reserved for Valentines for our loved ones.

Children's Parties
Creating magical moment for kids of all ages in something we enjoy so much.
You can choose from a variety of themes like pastel rainbow, teddy bear picnic, unicorns, fairies, dinosaurs, carnival, princess, Gaming/Gamers, Superheros, Nerf Guns and much more. Ask us more about this.
I believe there is nothing more beautiful then bringing your child to a Birthday Picnic with all their friends and be in their own magical world full of adventures and wonderful memories in a safe space .
Our junior picnic guests get to glory in all the inclusions that the adults get but with child safe options like melamine plates, little or no cutlery and all washable products so even the adults can enjoy the experience.
We can also provide as an optional Add-on, Games to suit the occasions, treat bags for all guests and birthday child and extra décor as well as a cute and affordable seats/table package for parents if needed.
As all our other packages this includes delivery, set-up and the use of all our included products for up to 2 hours (however more time can be arranged upon booking) and when you are all finished you get to leave and relax and leave the cleaning up to us.
*Please note in children's packages we do not offer red drinks/cordial or caffeine beverages.
Proposals/Anniversaries
Spending your life with that special person deserves a special moment, an occasion that you will remember forever and to be celebrated whenever and wherever you both like.
We help you create your perfect proposal, anniversary or standard date night with that little bit of flare or simplicity that you desire. You don't need to worry about a thing. From the styling, set up, flowers, music, perfect platter of food, and those personal touches just for them we do it all. You just turn up and enjoy that special moment and then we pack it all down and tidy up while you enjoy the memories that were made.
Add-ons are always much loved in these private and intimate set ups. From our arches, flower stands, flowers, tepee tent or themed options.
Chair & Table Packages
What better way to get the best of both worlds. Now offering our beautiful white Americana chairs and tables to celebrate our special occasions if a picnic just isn't possible or you feel a higher options if better.
Offering mixed packages is also an option. We have many guest that worry about the people that just can't quite sit at a picnic table or on the ground so we offer to change up our packages and add in the tables and chairs to make it that much more inclusive for everyone (including children). No one gets left behind we say.
All our themes and styles can be utilised with the table and chairs if wanted.
